1971 – Ford Escort 1.1 L

The Ford Escort was a car created by the Anglo-German section of the Ford Motor Company.
The MARK I (MKI) generation was produced from 1968 to 1974, in Europe, with a rounded body recalling the style of the time.
It had rear-wheel drive and was equipped with 1.1 and 1.3 engines.
This model on display is presented in black, originally, as its first owner said he would only buy it if it came in black, which at the time cost an extra $100.
The Ford Escort only came in cream and white.
